With over 34 years as a full-time Realtor and a lifelong local resident, I have successfully closed more than 650 transactions across every segment of the market—including single-family homes, multifamily properties, commercial real estate, raw land, subdivisions, rentals, and countless home inspections.

I bring extensive knowledge of the Tri-County marketplace, including property values, construction practices, and structural improvement. My experience allows me to effectively guide clients through every stage of a transaction, from initial planning to closing.

A long record of sales awards reflects my ability to navigate challenges and deliver results. I am also proud to share testimonials from many satisfied clients.

Community service has always been an important part of my life. I have served on the local Board of Education, a Homeowners Association, and the Girl Scouts Board; I am a Leadership Orange graduate and former board member; and I have contributed as an Odyssey of the Mind judge, Little League coach, Archdiocese of New York Regional Board member, Kowawese Unique Area State Park Master Plan Committee member, and Co-Founder of the Newburgh Rowing Club.

Over the years, I have built lasting relationships with my clients, many of whom continue to refer their family and friends.

I am a father and grandfather, and we enjoy ice boating, skating, water and snow skiing, hockey, and all outdoor hobbies.  We are currently building a little cabin in the Adirondacks.
